There are many types of Arthritis, in fact there are over 140 different types of arthritis! Please see below for a list of other types of Arthritis. While there are so many types of Arthritis the most common is Osteoarthritis (OA). It is claimed that OA affects over half of the population over 60 years of age and most people over the age of 80.
The major complaint by individuals who have arthritis is pain in the joint. However in my experience the pain in Osteoarthritis is not always just due to the Osteoarthritis but there are often other factors involved. In these cases there can be a lot done to help the pain and stiffness.
Unfortunately the fact that there is a lot that can be done to help is not common knowledge and many people suffer needlessly. This is why I wrote the book “How I Achieved Freedom From Arthritis”. To find out more about my book please click here.
Other types of Arthritis include but are not limited to:
Calcium Pyrophosphate Dihydrate Crystal Deposition Disease (CPPD) (Pseudo Gout)
Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome (RSDS)
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (Lupus) in Children and Adolescents
